Wild Boar Deliveries and Returns

We aim to process all orders within five working days and then our orders will be shipped with HK post or SF express. 

International orders 

Shipping costs are based on weight, you will be able to select from a variety of couriers at check out - we do not set their charges. 

How long will it take? 

HK delivery depending on order time can be next day or within 2 days.

International delivery can take around 10 days but can be as long 28 days depending on destination and any border restrictions due to Covid-19.


If you are purchasing fabric to be delivered anywhere other than Hong Kong, please be aware you may be charged customs import and duty tax. If you are unsure of if this would apply to you, we suggest checking with your country’s customs office.  We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes imposed by your country. 


We do our very best to ensure full details and accurate photographs are provided for each product. If you have questions about a product you are more than welcome to contact us or order a swatch.   

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns of cut fabric, elastics etc. unless they have been damaged during shipping. If this is the case, we ask that you contact us and provide a description and or photographs of the damage.  If we agree that damage has occurred during shipping we will ask you to return the items to us at no cost to you and we will send you replacements or issue a refund if you prefer. 

Unused and unopened products (does not apply to cut fabric etc) can be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Refunds if applicable

Once we have received your goods we will send you an email to confirm we have received them.   We will inspect the goods and evidence provided and then notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund.  

If it is approved it will be processed and credit applied back to the original payment method. 

It can take a while for refunds to appear on card and bank statements to please be patient. It's always worth following up with your bank if you are unsure.
